Dusty is more than a Real Estate Agent. She is a friend. She takes her clients and "adopts" them. She is on top of very detail of the whole process. From day one, she is with you. My experience is this: in my blood family I have three sisters, BUT now, I have a fourth sister in Arizona :o) She is THAT personal. Her support goes beyond the real estate business. Dusty is a pro! In our transaction, the agent on the other side was inexperienced. Dusty was able to develop trust quickly with that agent, and was able to guide her through the trickier parts of the transaction. Dusty keeps her cool always. She is able to present all angles of an issue and always gives us enough info to make an informed decision that is best in our situation. She is always uber kind and considerate. We adore Dusty. The stars aligned when I chose Dusty for my Agent in the sale of my home in Continental Country Club, Flagstaff AZ. Her knowledge of Continental Country is thorough, as she been a longtime property owner in CCC. Having lived at my home for 21 years, the concept of selling my home was overwhelming. Dusty patiently walked me through the process, and assured me along the way. Dusty provided me with insights on how to market the home and prepare the home for showings. Dusty has many contractors and handypersons to assist you with repairs and they are very fair priced on their fees. The real estate market is very up and down with many challenges, considering the selling conditions, and especially being in a "seller" position. Dusty continued to market the home aggressively, using advanced technology, videos, open houses and new ways to attract buyers. My home was listed for 6 months, and I was becoming discouraged, Dusty kept reassuring me that a sale would be imminent, and indeed it was! I closed on my home on December 15th 2025. To all of the "Sellers" out there, be patient, be willing to compromise, balanced with fairness and open to price adjustments. Dusty was there for me through the entire process. Eileen is a rockstar and . . . she answers her phone!! From start to finish when helping me sell my home, Eileen was honest, worked her butt off, and went above and beyond to get the job done. She is a pro with outstanding integrity and experience. She also listens and gives great advice. There was an unforeseen circumstance the day before closing, Eileen didn’t blink an eye. Eileen helped us buy our Flagstaff home, so when it came time to sell our home, we couldn't think of anyone better than Eileen. Both buying and selling felt comfortable with Eileen. She wasn't pushy and let us move at our own pace. Due to our property's uniqueness, it wasn't an easy sell. Eileen was phenomenal with marketing, showings and moral support through the whole process. She and her husband, Thor, went above and beyond - being there for 32 showings; yes, 32! When the buyer had changes with their financing, Eileen stuck with us and worked with their relator to keep things moving. They even went out of their way to be at the house, once we moved out of town, to meet with services and make sure everything was working. We can't thank them enough! She really does answer her phone!!

Dusty is beyond amazing she goes above and beyond for her clients not once was I ever made to feel like finding a home wasn’t for me and I should give up. She was recommended and I can definitely see why. She is extremely patient, kind, friendly, caring, informative, honestly I could go on and on about all her amazing qualities and how much of a joy she was and is to work with. She genuinely cares about her clients and their families! My family especially my kids absolutely adore her her gifts and thoughtfulness has meant a lot! She definitely had her hands full with us and such a short time to try and deliver but even with the difficulties she made it happen and always with a smile on her face and a positive attitude towards everything. I could sing praise for her and her excellent work all day and everyday! She has been such a blessing for our family and it means a lot that she put so much hard work and care into helping us!
