She is a pro with outstanding integrity and experience. She also listens and gives great advice. There was an unforeseen circumstance the day before closing, Eileen didn’t blink an eye. She gathered her extensive resources, put them to work, communicated extensively with me and the buyer and got everything resolved. Highly recommended!

Eileen helped us buy our Flagstaff home, so when it came time to sell our home, we couldn't think of anyone better than Eileen. Both buying and selling felt comfortable with Eileen. She wasn't pushy and let us move at our own pace. Due to our property's uniqueness, it wasn't an easy sell. Eileen was phenomenal with marketing, showings and moral support through the whole process. She and her husband, Thor, went above and beyond - being there for 32 showings; yes, 32! When the buyer had changes with their financing, Eileen stuck with us and worked with their relator to keep things moving. They even went out of their way to be at the house, once we moved out of town, to meet with services and make sure everything was working. We can't thank them enough! Take her advice! In all of our moves, we have never had someone who is so on top of everything. Promotion was the best we have ever seen. Negotiation - made it a one-step process (satisfying us and the buyers). Problem solving - she got things resolved quickly (that were caused by the buyer's inefficient, out of state mortgage company). Inspection and repairs - coordinated it all. Right on our net proceeds?
