They helped me sell it as part of a 1031 exchange into a duplex. James is very knowledgeable and hard working. Most importantly, he is very kind and great with people. He gets deals done that my other realtor before him would fail. He is also networked with contractors, finance teams.. all the best in the business. My other realtor baited me with high numbers but never closed. James, Teresa and their team helped me close at market value or better quickly. This is only 1 of 6 real estate transactions they helped me close. I don't trust anyone else for realty deals in Northern California!

Jennifer was professional, hardworking, caring, trustworthy, quick response, and provided houses for my us to look at that met our wants and needs! Wow what an awesome and stress free sale with Carla!! Carla knows the market very well and was spot on on the asking price ( we received above asking!) Carla did all the staging and marketing and put out all the little fires that show up as the buyers and inspectors send there reports in. When it came to the negotiations I am thankful Carla was my agent! I highly recommend!

We were first time home buyers and complete newbies to the process that were referred to Lacey by some very good friends of ours. We were met with a bright smile on our first consultation and Lacey promised us that although we were looking for a home outside her usual territory, she would be there for us every step of the way. If that wasn’t assuring enough, her license plate is RE/MAX Girl; still questioning the commitment? Our process was a bit longer than most with it being a seller’s market, so I believe we truly put Lacey to the test: after 1.5 years of searching, a minimum of 15 private showings (which were more than 100 miles from her office each time), and 3 oh-so-close offers, she notified us of a listing only 16 minutes after it was posted while we were on vacation that allowed us to land our dream starter home in an area we never thought we’d be able to get into. The truth is, Lacey went above and beyond to make it happen. The communication was sublime and there was never a moment I was not able to get ahold of her. My partner and I felt like absolute nuisances at times, longing for the perfect home, and Lacey handled us with patience and charm. You will feel as if you are her only client and I truly cannot recommend her enough.

Local knowledge: Chad is in the upper echelon of Real Estate brokers in regard to local market knowledge. He has but in the time, effort, and talent to be the source you need to trust that you’re up to date on the market during your decision making process. Process Expertise: Chad has an awesome team for managing the whole transaction process. The process and paperwork simply becomes a sideline system that happens automatically for you as the client because they are that efficient and knowledgeable. Responsiveness: The slowest person in your real estate transaction in regard to responsiveness will be you as the client if you work with Chads team. They do Real Estate full time and you don’t, which means they will at no point be the ones holding up the critical path to closing your transaction. Negotiation Skills: Chad and his team provide tremendous value in all areas, but this is Chad’s strongest skill. Let Chad negotiate for you and you will close with a better deal than you planned on (e.g. Chad closed our home purchase $15,000 below list price AND negotiated for an additional $2,500 credit from the seller; all when we were willing to pay full listing price with no seller concessions).
