We were first time home buyers and complete newbies to the process that were referred to Lacey by some very good friends of ours. We were met with a bright smile on our first consultation and Lacey promised us that although we were looking for a home outside her usual territory, she would be there for us every step of the way. Our process was a bit longer than most with it being a seller’s market, so I believe we truly put Lacey to the test: after 1.5 years of searching, a minimum of 15 private showings (which were more than 100 miles from her office each time), and 3 oh-so-close offers, she notified us of a listing only 16 minutes after it was posted while we were on vacation that allowed us to land our dream starter home in an area we never thought we’d be able to get into. The truth is, Lacey went above and beyond to make it happen. The communication was sublime and there was never a moment I was not able to get ahold of her. My partner and I felt like absolute nuisances at times, longing for the perfect home, and Lacey handled us with patience and charm. You will feel as if you are her only client and I truly cannot recommend her enough.

She was there at every request to see a house and made the home buying process seem easy. She answered any questions we had and she seems to know her stuff. I would definitely recommend Lacey to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
