Local knowledge: Chad is in the upper echelon of Real Estate brokers in regard to local market knowledge. He has but in the time, effort, and talent to be the source you need to trust that you’re up to date on the market during your decision making process. Process Expertise: Chad has an awesome team for managing the whole transaction process. The process and paperwork simply becomes a sideline system that happens automatically for you as the client because they are that efficient and knowledgeable. Responsiveness: The slowest person in your real estate transaction in regard to responsiveness will be you as the client if you work with Chads team. They do Real Estate full time and you don’t, which means they will at no point be the ones holding up the critical path to closing your transaction. Negotiation Skills: Chad and his team provide tremendous value in all areas, but this is Chad’s strongest skill. Let Chad negotiate for you and you will close with a better deal than you planned on (e.g. Chad closed our home purchase $15,000 below list price AND negotiated for an additional $2,500 credit from the seller; all when we were willing to pay full listing price with no seller concessions).
