Bill Charles helped one of my daughters with 3 real estate transactions over the past several years. He always had her best interest in mind. Bala Sure will be our realtor going forward and here is the reason why - we started looking for our second home earlier this year and had difficulties in locking one because of the super competitive market and bidding. Bala suggested alternate locations and also asked us to look at resale homes. He is very straight forward when we discuss things which I really appreciate and extremely knowledgeable about the housing market. He guided us in bidding for a resale home and we got it through via his negotiation, even though the initial bid was rejected.
