How many realtors help a client pack when they get in a bind? Mine did even after I told her 'thanks, but I think I got it'. Libby has been very easy to get in touch with and very knowledgeable. She has made many wonderful suggestions for some unusual circumstances that I encountered and has been right by my side! My mom passed away in January so we spent about 5 months cleaning out the house she lived in for 70 years……we knew we were going to sell the property (her house and 10 acres of land) and we got Libby involved early. We wanted to see what recommendations she had regarding repairs of my mom’s home. She suggested we pull the carpets up in the back bedrooms to expose the beautiful hardwood floors and have the house cleaned professionally and beyond that did not recommend spending additional dollars…..we were HAPPY to oblige and she was spot on! If you want sound advice from someone who has LOTS of experience, someone that is on your side and will bird dog things so they don’t fall thru the cracks and make sure you get over the finish line, contact Libby. We've been working with Karin for over three years! Our first time meeting we didn't even know if Charlotte was right for us yet but after our first day looking at rentals, she was so knowledgeable about Charlotte/surrounding areas that she made the thought of moving from NY to CLT so exciting. The next year after that we met with her again and she packed in so much for us knowing we only had a couple of days to pick the home we were going to make the big move to. The rentals she was able to find for us and know their area was what met our wants was unbelievable, we fell in love with the house we rented for two years, if we could have bought it we would have! Then came the time to actually buy which during the 2020 market was a VERY stressful time, however, Karin again made it SO exciting and she handled almost everything with ease! Knowing how busy she and her firm was, yet we always received an answer right away or contacted first thing after every change. We found our dream home in Charlotte and we couldn't have done it without her. We will definitely be keeping in touch with Karin as she is an amazing resource for everything Charlotte! Libby is fantastic to work with! She helped me find my house and then later sell it when I needed to move. She's incredibly flexible and helpful in explaining the process to a new home owner. Also, as a young adult, she helped me find a place in a safe neighborhood and get the best deal when I was looking to sell it quickly. Highly recommend!
