Where do I even start?! Tim was an amazing agent since the moment we began emailing each other. I was looking to purchase and move into a home within 2 months and Tim was helping me every step of the way. He took the time to answer any and every question I had. He was always available, which was a plus because my spouse was on deployment so the entire process was done by me. Tim took pride in his work and was "working for me" from start to closing.. literally closing! lol He was honest and friendly. My 7 year old loved seeing Mr. Tim as we pulled up to different homes to view them. Buying a home can be very stressful but with Tim Giffin as my real estate agent I was able to laugh and smile as we signed the papers and received our keys. Well deserved 5 stars.
