Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly stood out amongst the many other Licensed Realtors who I have dealt with over the past few years. We started out not even really knowing if we wanted to buy a house. We looked at something online and had to enter my name and number. Lucky for us Cristina called immediately. I explained we weren’t sure what we wanted to do. There was zero pressure from her and we immediately struck a rapport. Later, we saw a home, just 1 home, and wanted to look at it fast; so we called her. It was in the same development as our daughter’s family. It had only been on the market 19 hrs. She was immediately available to meet us on site. With her guidance we made the appropriate offer immediately and 30 days later we were moving in. I cannot think of a process that could have gone smoother with anyone else. Cristina is a top notch agent that we highly recommend. She is knowledgeable and kind, but above everything else she is trustworthy and honest. Says what she means and follows through. When I think about how the buying and selling of our home with Cristina those are the first two descriptions I think of. From being the upmost professional and knowing her stuff to being personal and knowing that we are human. She worked with our crazy schedule, had everything set and ready to go when we sold our home. There was truly no stress.
