Where do I start? From the beginning Lois worked to ensure that the process to sell was optimized. Lois did her homework in providing the "comps" and making recommendations to maximize the showings and minimize the length on the market. When we received an offer, Lois thoroughly reviewed the paperwork and highlighted areas to note. Tim Giffin was recommended to me by a friend so I gave him a phone call (1 of probably 100) and he immediately engaged himself towards the goals my wife and I had for our first home. Buying a home can be very stressful especially if you’re unsure about how everything works. Stephanie did a fantastic job finding my finance and I a house after months and months of searching. The first house we made an offer on, the seller was hiding faults of the house and Stephanie advised us to back out, which we did and were very thankful we listened to her advise! She never pushed us to put an offer on a house we weren't 100% sure about and was always available to answer our many, many questions we had being first time home buyers.
