Extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of selling a home,
From the first moment we met Craig we knew we were in good hands. He came to our home complete with comps, statistics and other information to assist with our listing decisions. During his initial walk-through of our home and property he made helpful observations and suggestions to ensure the house would present well. We had 3 offers within 4 days and he helped us to select the best offer. Once the house was under contract he stayed on top of all aspects of the process. He was a very strong advocate for us during all negotiations with inspection results and addendums. He stayed in constant contact. Craig definitely made the whole selling process as expedient and stress-free as possible. We would use his services again in a heart beat.

Tom was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. He went out of the way to meet our schedule and our flexibility. Tom is very knowledgeable of the real estate process and very innovative during these challenging times for a buyer. Thomas is great
Thomas is great. I have used him twice as a realtor now and I would use him again the next time I sell a home. First I used him to list and sell my main home in Melbourne. I think the house got a lot of interest and a lot of showings and I think it was about 1-3 months once the complete closing occurred. I was happy with the whole process and really do not have any complaints. Tom explained anything and was willing to discuss all our options and help us determine the best price for our home based on the area and what other similar houses are selling for. And he was able to find buyers for both homes, so we were happy.
