Thomas is great. I have used him twice as a realtor now and I would use him again the next time I sell a home. First I used him to list and sell my main home in Melbourne. I think the house got a lot of interest and a lot of showings and I think it was about 1-3 months once the complete closing occurred. I was happy with the whole process and really do not have any complaints. Tom explained anything and was willing to discuss all our options and help us determine the best price for our home based on the area and what other similar houses are selling for. And he was able to find buyers for both homes, so we were happy.

Thomas answers his phone, responds to e mails and texts immediately. Because of this focus nothing is ever left hanging in the air. He did a market analysis and recommended a sale price 15000 Dollar higher than I had come up with and the eventual sale price bore that out. He told me not to fix minor cosmetic issues and was right about that too. When the Buyer assigned notary called out sick on the day of closing he pulled strings and got us taken care of at a Title company he does business with. I have done quiet a few real estate deals and could fill a book with the antics of agents but Thomas restored my trust that some in this business are professionals. Thank you
