I think the house got a lot of interest and a lot of showings and I think it was about 1-3 months once the complete closing occurred. Tom did a great job with all of the challenges surrounding selling our house, which was a very specific property. He was always available for questions and was always professional.

Thomas answers his phone, responds to e mails and texts immediately. Because of this focus nothing is ever left hanging in the air. He did a market analysis and recommended a sale price 15000 Dollar higher than I had come up with and the eventual sale price bore that out. He told me not to fix minor cosmetic issues and was right about that too. When the Buyer assigned notary called out sick on the day of closing he pulled strings and got us taken care of at a Title company he does business with. I have done quiet a few real estate deals and could fill a book with the antics of agents but Thomas restored my trust that some in this business are professionals. Thank you
