Erica walked us through selling 2 houses and buying another at the same time, making sure it was all done in a timely fashion with no issues! She is incredibly knowledgeable, has an amazing network of professionals which led us to our Mortgage Broker and had everything lined up for us way before we needed it done. Erica is an exceptional realtor who truly goes the extra mile for her clients. I worked with her for two and a half years before I found my home and she was awesome the whole process. I thought I had found the home for me a year into the search, she recommended a property inspector that found some issues with the house that I was not comfortable with and she was very encouraging with whatever my decision was going to be. I think she is an all star realtor and anyone who hires her as their realtor will have someone who is truly in their corner to help them to find their dream home.

As a first time home buyer, Sharon was amazing to work with. Sharon is knowledgeable, great with communication, and she is 110% committed to your journey to find a perfect home - I did not feel pressured to settle for anything less than I wanted or to go above the price range I was comfortable with.
