When I bought my house in Redford, I really liked my realtor. So I was disappointed when he did not return my call when it came time to list. That disappointment fell into the background quickly after I was referred to Sharon. Sharon approached selling my home as if it were her own. She promptly organized a time to come view the home, and gave me a few recommendations on small repairs that would go a long way. Once that was done, the speed at which she developed a plan to advertise and show the house blew me away. She coordinated with other agents to ensure potential buyers had all the information they needed about the home, she led an impressive marketing plan to advertise the property, including working with a wonderful photographer & videographer to capture the character of the home. She was extremely solution oriented, empathetic and personable. You can tell she truly enjoys this work, and recognizes that her clients are undergoing a very personal transition in their life buying or selling a home; she takes that to heart and guides the strategy with that sensitivity in mind. As a result, within one week of listing the home, I had multiple offers in hand. She did not take a backseat after the offer was accepted either. Sharon maintained communication, kept me updated on the status of closing and any needs that arose throughout the process, she was present at closing and overall went way above and beyond what I knew a realtor to do. I will never reach out to another realtor. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Sharon.
