Although he was highly qualified and had sold many high end homes, he did not exhibit the qualities that make Tracee exceptional. We fell in love with the house Scott was showing. He demonstrated that he knew the neighborhood and the various floorpans of the homes in the neighborhood. The service throughout the transaction was top notch and all went off without a hitch. Keep in mind, this was right when the pandemic was just about to shut everything down and make things more difficult for us. Scott helped navigate through these unprecedented times. After the close of escrow, Scott continued to help us with details and issues related to the home warranty. We felt well supported after the sale.
