Buying a home with prices at their peak is not for the faint of heart! In preparation for selling our then current home to downsize to a single story, we wanted to purchase the “target” home first to make the move/sale easier. Tracee to the rescue! When we decided to sell our Scripps Ranch home, we had numerous realtors offering their services. My initial reaction was to reject their offers since I have worked with Tracee Denby twice in the past and I was extremely happy with her representation. However, one in particular was very tempting as he was highly recommended from a trusted source and offered his services for a very low commission. After meeting with him, I was more determined than ever to go with Tracee again! Although he was highly qualified and had sold many high end homes, he did not exhibit the qualities that make Tracee exceptional. Displaying the highest degree of professionalism and knowledge of the market, she gives 110% to the job. From her excellent advice (and contacts) and cache of reasonable, reliable craftsmen, to “hands on” assistance whenever a problem arose (and we had more than our share!), she was there from beginning to end doing the impossible to move the sale forward. Even given the problems, she remained her cheerful, personable self through it all. Thank you, Tracee, for being a super star!

Choosing Tracee as our realtor gave me the peace of mind knowing that whatever I needed, whenever I needed it, the job would be done. She doesn’t disappear after the sign goes up in your yard. Tracee has done a lot for me as I listed my condo for sale. She’s tenacious, fights for her clients, and with passion. She’s also flexible and worked with me on the listing fee since I was a veteran. I’ll give you some specifics so those looking for an agent can judge for yourself. She could have sold my place for a lower price but when others were selling for a higher price, she suggested we relist with a higher number. She went above and beyond by getting professional photos and lending staging items even though that wasn’t a part of our agreement. She’s been a sounding board as we tried to navigate ourselves through a contingency sale in a sellers market. Her negotiation skills, relationships with other realtors in Mira Mesa, have helped us get one of the best homes offered in town. She’s been lovely to work with and I highly recommend her if you’re looking to sell or buy in Mira Mesa.

Tracee really took care of us. We had one week to pick out a house and she made herself available each day. She was positive, knowledgeable, efficient, and fun. She carefully tried to sort out what we wanted and didn’t push. Tracee is good at negotiation and extremely helpful during and after the buying process. Would highly recommend her!
