Lina and Dennis make a superb team! The professionalism & technique in selling our home at it's best price and time frame well exceeded our expectations. Lina was absolutely the best on staging our home and making people really want it. Dennis was fantastic on making sure the numbers are at its best and there was no problems with the appraisal or anything else that wouldn't benifit us. They are very knowledgeable. They never made us feel like our questions were silly or irritating. We were searching for our first home and stumbled onto Melissa and knew right away that we wanted her to be our agent! Immediately upon meeting she gave us insight into the market and gave us suggestions. Melissa was always quick to respond and was very flexible when we wanted to go to viewings. She was always well prepared with info on the property and comps. Because it was our first time searching for a home, we didn't always know what we wanted, so in turn needed to look at a wide array of homes. Melissa was very willing to show us everything we wanted to see. When we found a place we both really loved and wanted to put an offer on, it already had an accepted offer. However, we came up with a backup offer and put the offer in, just in case the accepted one fell through. Even still, Melissa continued to search for homes for us. Luckily though, the accepted offer fell through and our offer among others was accepted! We believe Melissa created a strong offer for us and was able to stand out from the others :) Throughout escrow, Melissa was very on top of everything. And even though we had a couple obstacles to get through, we felt very aware of what was going on. We absolutely love our home and the area and very thankful Melissa found this one for us and got us through it! She is very patient, listens, and always seemed to have our best interest. Home buying can be a scary and stressful process, so having an agent that knows what they are doing and can explain the process is essential (especially as a first time home buyer).We both highly recommend Melissa !!

How many instances in life do you immediately feel comfortable, especially dealing with a big purchase/sell/acquisition? In 2013, I had the fortune of calling the first and only realtor I was referred to. I planned on interviewing three realtors and by process of elimination make my decision, but as life goes .. you get a great surprise once in a while. Mike came by to our home, spent some time getting to know us personally, assessing our personal situation,wants and needs before ever talking about anything money related. After our first meet, I didn't even bother looking elsewhere. Mike made everything about the process very easy and was always available,anytime. We had one open house, while respecting our wishes he was present and after multiple offers, we were ready to move on to the next chapter of our lives. You would think after being done with the business end of the deal, he would disappear and move on without ever following up with our progress... Not this guy. After moving to the midwest I called him for advice and to see what he could do for us. Without hesitation, he had a laundry list of answers for us, and kept us confident in our next purchase. They say, you need a good doctor,lawyer and barber .. but having the right realtor should be added to that short list. I still keep in touch with Mike being in New York City currently.
