My wife and I are not the easiest clients. We are known to change our minds and plans and Melissa never got frustrated and also always gave us her perspective without trying to sway us. We have used Melissa now twice since moving to Mission Viejo.

We were searching for our first home and stumbled onto Melissa and knew right away that we wanted her to be our agent! Immediately upon meeting she gave us insight into the market and gave us suggestions. Melissa was always quick to respond and was very flexible when we wanted to go to viewings. She was always well prepared with info on the property and comps. Because it was our first time searching for a home, we didn't always know what we wanted, so in turn needed to look at a wide array of homes. Melissa was very willing to show us everything we wanted to see. When we found a place we both really loved and wanted to put an offer on, it already had an accepted offer. However, we came up with a backup offer and put the offer in, just in case the accepted one fell through. Even still, Melissa continued to search for homes for us.
