Melissa is truly an outstanding and exceptional agent who created a phenomenal experience of selling our house. Melissa was recommended to us by a friend who shared with her our plans of selling our family house. From the first moment Melissa knocked on our door, we were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge of the real estate market and detailed real estate related statistics of our area. Her expertise became the pillar when it came to the planning, scheduling, organizing and finally establishing the selling price. Every time we spoke, she made us feel like all our needs were her priorities and made the entire selling process seamless. Once we finally moved out, Melissa scheduled a cleaning crew. She identified two excellent staging companies and assisted us in selecting the one who would meet all our needs and have the most competitive quote. She was present at every step while our house was being staged and ensured that selected staging furniture would meet our desired outcome. Ryan is absolutely amazing! What I really liked about him was his honesty. He never sugar-coated anything or gave false hope, I appreciated how he remained realistic while also giving me the freedom to make my choices when it came to selling my home. He's incredibly caring, he spent over an hour of his time walking me through paperwork and teaching me as well, which is something I feel like not a lot of professionals would do. I feel very lucky I was able to work with someone who was very straightforward and trustworthy, while also being very understanding and empathetic. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and things I didn't understand, and Lisa very patiently walked me through the process and always answered my texts, even at odd hours when it was urgent. I was buying in a strong seller's market and even so I was able to get the property I really wanted at a reasonable price without being the highest bidder, and she even pushed through a sizeable credit in my favor when we found repairs needed to be made to the home. From the start of searching it took us about a month to find the property that I ended up purchasing, and Lisa was very patient while I asked to visit numerous properties and ended up not liking very many of them as I was figuring out what I wanted in a home. When making offers Lisa helped me walk the line between a competitive offer and one that was unnecessarily generous. Escrow closed in 27 days, and Lisa walked me through the entire process, making sure I got all my documents in on time and keeping an eye out for any pitfalls in the piles of escrow docs, seller disclosures, HOA docs, etc. Even after escrow closed Lisa is continuing to help me with the leaseback period terms and HOA/property handover with the same responsiveness as before. I hope to work with her again when I buy/sell in this area!

This is the second time Hannah has been our agent. The first time was with our primary residence and then with this one, an investment property. As with the first time, she has proven to be a very knowledgeable agent who was able to guide us through the whole phase of the purchase process.
