We stayed at our desert house – which was an upside-down house since my husband had bought before the sub-prime meltdown for top dollar. After 10 years of being upside down, guess what? Joan just sold it for us this past October in only 9 days. We got $50K over the asking price and netted way more than we expected. Her photographer did an amazing presentation of photos. Joan kept the other agent on her toes, as well as the buyer's banking side, keeping the momentum moving forward. Again, we knew that Joan Chase Swing was behind the scenes tenaciously keeping all involved to do there their jobs in a timely manner. Thanks to Joan escrow closed on time. We had lived in Cypress area for our adult lives and had seen Cary's signs and received calendars and full color advertisements from him on a regular basis for years. When it came time to sell our house of 23 years in Cypress, we called Cary and set up an appointment. Cary and Valerie both came to us for the appointment. They provided us with a full market analysis and their recommendations for listing the house. We decided to sign with them and we were off and running. They brought in a professional photographer to take pictures of the house, including a drone for aerial view. They also printed up beautiful full color folder made available with the sign. We chose to go with appointment only and they did a great job of fielding the calls from other agents, as well as checking in with us re: appointments. We listed on a Wednesday afternoon and by late afternoon on Friday the same week we had a full price offer. Just within the 2 days we had about 7 appointments for agents and their clients to view our home. We accepted the offer with a 30 day escrow. We were fortunate in that the buyers were very qualified. The escrow process went very smooth and we closed on time. We can't say enough about Cary. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with great advise. He and Valerie are a fantastic team. They were fully engaged with us from start to finish. We highly recommend them.

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND JASON PATTERSON!! Going into this, I had no idea that a Real Estate Agent could be this good. Jason has an uncanny ability to hold both the big picture of the process of buying a home and at the same time he is exacting with every detail along the way and accessible for every question. First, he is so knowledgeable about the Palm Springs market. He really helped us to find the perfect fit for us and guided us gently away from places that weren't quite right. He was fantastic at helping us to price our offers, making sure that we did not over bid, and then he negotiated really well for us. He has walked us through every step of the escrow process, and even after we closed, he has still been right there, helping us to get every detail in place for our move.
