Jaime Sandoval helped us buy our first home recently and did a fantastic job! As first time buyers we knew very little about the process. Jaime was not only patient in answering all of our questions but he did a great job educating us every step of the way and made sure that were comfortable. Jaime's knowledge and years of experience around homes was very useful. He has experience with the housing market and the various stages of the home buying process. We are really happy we used him and we highly recommend his services!

It was a pleasure working with Zeke Hallam! As soon as I met Zeke, I could tell that he would be easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the property (Stonegate Condominiums) in Garden Grove, California. I trusted that any information that was given to me as accurate and current. Zeke was always available by text or phone when I had questions or concerns. Communication was never a concern. This was important as I live 400 miles away from where the property is. He was quick to offer a variety of options when it came to making a decision about issues that came up. I always felt that he was "on my side!" In short, Zeke is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional. You will not regret having Zeke Hallam helping you buy or sell your home.

My wife and I have bought and sold several houses in my lifetime. Bobby was, by orders of magnitude, the best agent we have ever worked with. Bobby made sure we knew that ultimately, all decisions were ours, but he provided very well thought out advice and strategies that ultimately ended with our selling at a significantly higher price than we listed it at. Bobby walked us through a "bidding war" that began with 8 solid full price or better offers. Once we selected a buyer, Bobby made sure that the whole escrow process went smoothly as I have ever seen. Bobby was a trusted adviser throughout the process and we were never disappointed when we followed that advice. We would fully, completely and confidently recommend Bobby for your buying or selling needs.

We can’t say enough good things about Dan. As first time buyers, we really needed someone who could walk us through the process. Dan was patient, funny, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator. We ended up in our DREAM HOME that had 15 other offers. Dan has become more like family to us after the process. I will always refer friends to him, if they want someone who is not only professional and smart, but also down to earth and an all around good person. Thank you Dan, for everything!

Chris was great in helping us to find the home we wanted. HE has an excellent knowledge of all parts of the business and he is very professional. He never pressured us at any time to put an offer in on a house that we did not like and he showed us many houses. We were able to find the home we wanted with the lot we wanted thanks to Chris' persistence. He also helped us get the best possible loan rate we could.

We had lived in Cypress area for our adult lives and had seen Cary's signs and received calendars and full color advertisements from him on a regular basis for years. When it came time to sell our house of 23 years in Cypress, we called Cary and set up an appointment. Cary and Valerie both came to us for the appointment. They provided us with a full market analysis and their recommendations for listing the house. We decided to sign with them and we were off and running. They brought in a professional photographer to take pictures of the house, including a drone for aerial view. They also printed up beautiful full color folder made available with the sign. We chose to go with appointment only and they did a great job of fielding the calls from other agents, as well as checking in with us re: appointments. We listed on a Wednesday afternoon and by late afternoon on Friday the same week we had a full price offer. Just within the 2 days we had about 7 appointments for agents and their clients to view our home. We accepted the offer with a 30 day escrow. We were fortunate in that the buyers were very qualified. The escrow process went very smooth and we closed on time. We can't say enough about Cary. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with great advise. He and Valerie are a fantastic team. They were fully engaged with us from start to finish. We highly recommend them.

Tony made the entire process of purchasing a home stress-free and seamless. Our biggest worry with the purchase was the nightmare stories you hear when purchasing a home was making it through escrow. With Tony's knowledge, availability, and network we experienced zero bumps along the way. We actually closed escrow 5 days early! If anyone is looking for an agent who will put their clients needs first, look no further than Tony R. Perez.
