We can’t say enough good things about Dan. As first time buyers, we really needed someone who could walk us through the process. Dan was patient, funny, knowledgeable, and a great negotiator. We ended up in our DREAM HOME that had 15 other offers. Dan has become more like family to us after the process. My husband and I had been looking for a home for over 2 years, and just by chance we met Dan in a open house. From the first time we talked I felt comfortable with his expertise. He understood Our frustration of having looked for so long. He started immediately, I got the first listing email in minutes. We had lots of questions and he helped us through the whole process. When he got our offer excepted we couldn’t believe it. It was like a dream. The whole Escrow process was new to us, but with the help of Dan and the lender, we had our questions answered before bed every evening. When Dan said call any time, he meant it. The first time I met Dan, he did one thing that most realtors don't do, which is listen. He heard what I was saying and understood my needs. We listed our home with Dan and it sold in four days. He explained every step of the process and gave us suggestions on how to stage the house for pictures. He was very helpful and communicates everything, which helped me develop trust for him. Our sale went sour because of issues with the buyers agent, but Dan remained professional throughout the ordeal. There was even a time that I had a mini meltdown and Dan met me in person to talk me through it. He reminded me of what I wanted out of this sale in the first place and helped me stay on track. Our 30 day escrow turned into over 45 days by no fault of his, but he remained in communication with me every day and I always knew what was happening even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. We trusted him to take care of our financial future and it turned out great for us. Dan is a great salesman because he loves people and sincerely cares about his clients wellbeing. He's trustworthy and personable and we are so glad we hired him. We will be buying a new home with Dan as well and are looking forward to that adventure!

I met him during an open house during my search for a house, and I'm so glad that I met him. When viewing homes, he knew what to look for in terms of upgrades, structures and neighborhoods, and showed us where they were strong and where they needed work. He also kept it within our budget understanding the reality of our finances and suggesting reasonable compromises when necessary, and protecting us from homes with potential issues. He is very protective of his clients . He made sure to give me a daily list of homes that matched my needs. He was always available and responded at all times of the day and evening, any day of the week. He was very accessible and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Once we found the perfect house (due to his diligent look out for homes), he made sure we got our offer in the same day, even though it meant for him to work late into the night. After the offer was accepted, he stayed with us the entire way, checking on us and following up with lender, escrow and the seller's agent. He also made sure we received and submitted all documents in a timely manner. We closed on time (30 days plus 1), Dan is really committed to what he does and came through beyond expectation. I would not hesitate to work with Dan in the future for any real estate needs. He is a genuine person, honest and nice, and a complete pleasure to work with. He also has a sense of humor!
