The first time I met Dan, he did one thing that most realtors don't do, which is listen. He heard what I was saying and understood my needs. We listed our home with Dan and it sold in four days. He explained every step of the process and gave us suggestions on how to stage the house for pictures. He was very helpful and communicates everything, which helped me develop trust for him. Our sale went sour because of issues with the buyers agent, but Dan remained professional throughout the ordeal. He also made sure we received and submitted all documents in a timely manner. We closed on time (30 days plus 1), Dan is really committed to what he does and came through beyond expectation. I would not hesitate to work with Dan in the future for any real estate needs. He is a genuine person, honest and nice, and a complete pleasure to work with. He also has a sense of humor!
