Nancy was very communicative, informative and “settling” when things hit a bump. She had very rapid and clever responses to overcome obstacles. Her suggestions to make the home more appealing to buyers were “spot on” and if she suggested any repairs she had very competent and talented people she called upon. Nancy was also very sensitive to my state of being having lost my husband in July. Jet skills in negotiating and holding the line were amazing. She paid attention to my needs as a seller and offered alternatives when I questioned how things were going. I would be happy to recommend her any time. She is energetic and passionate about her work and a high quality woman of integrity. I respect her and trust her to represent me well.

Cindy was great from start to finish. She researched our area for comparable sales. She took the time to walk through our home to make helpful suggestions on furniture arrangements, paint color, and general home readiness that made our home shine to buyers. She also provided her own pieces (Rugs, paintings, furniture, etc) to help stage it. Our home had 3 great offers for the 2 days it was on the market. She then helped us deal with a challenging buyer. She is easily reachable and easy to work with schedule wise. Cindy also helped us find our current house, which we are loving right now. I cannot recommend her enough!

Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Susan is absolutely wonderful to work with.
