As a first time home-buyer I went into the process fairly fresh. Doing the research that I could online. Ms. Zainab helped me out by really catering to what I was looking for as my first major life purchase. Showing me the ins and outs as well as giving her true and honest opinions when asked. After she showed me the Richland house, we knew it was going to be the one and there wasn't really a doubt in our minds. At the end of it she treated me as if I were a part of her family truly making it a wonderful experience.

I listed (to sell) our house in Plymouth. Michigan with Mr. Bartley Patterson, then we relocated out of state to east coast. I had few concerns about the selling process since I was moving out of state, but Bart is very prompt in keeping close communication via phone, emails, text messages and e-documents sign etc, and above all at all time of the day to keep connected and clarifying our Q/A. It was such a relief and some time I would sincerely refer his first name initial 'B' as in BEST Patterson (a way of expressing my heartfelt Thanks). Mr. Best (Bartley) Patterson is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, market condition, legal process and very professional in communication with clarity. This was an outstanding experience to work with Mr. Patterson. Thanks for the opportunity for feedback.
