One thing that sets Wanda apart from other realtors we have worked with is her dedication and communication. She understands better than others that the market can move really quickly and because of that, so do the buyers if they want to find a house they really love. Wanda sent us houses all of the time and always make us a priority to go see a house really quick, even if it was last minute! She also is like family to me. Wanda has known me since I was about four years old! She's been working with my family ever since. My parents, my brother and me have all got our homes with Wanda as our agent. She's professional but also treats you like you're one of her own. Becky did an amazing job when we were buying our home. The biggest thing we told her was no cookie cutter homes. We wanted something different and eccentric. Not like the neighborhoods where there's 3 housing layouts. And Becky did great the houses we looked at all fit our vibe and when we made our decision she helped every step. I was so appreciative that she wasn't pushy and didn't pressure decisions she let us take our time in each home and was always willing to answer questions we had about the process.

I had a fantastic experience with Becky. She's very analogical she knows her stuff and the laws. Becky sold our house and helped us purchase another one never had a sale of a house and purchasing goes so fantastic. I couldn't ask for it to go any smoother.
