Laurie Helderle was recommended to my husband and I, and we are very glad she was. After working with a different agent in the beginning of our home search, we immediately saw an difference in how agents handle and understand their job duties and clients. Laurie not only kept in contact and responded to every question, concern, and hypothetical we threw at her, even daily, she also deeply understood what kind of property we were looking for and helped us to refine what that actually meant to us and the communities we were interested in. She understood the financial aspects of home buying, which was not only key as first time home buyers, but she was also able to recommend some wonderful people to work with on securing our mortgage. This made the financial piece seamless, since we could be sure everyone was in contact and on the same page in the process. From the beginning we trusted her, and appreciated her experience in the field. There are so many factors in buying a home, Laurie was able to speak to all of these things: whether it was about the construction, age, and future needs of the house and property, the school district, the taxes, the neighborhoods, anything, she knew it. Not only did she know the area, she knew who to contact to get things done - she treated our home buying experience as a priority and did not let any time waste when we found the right property. The area we were interested in was competitive and without Laurie working on our behalf, I'm not sure we would have gotten the house we fell in love with. Even since moving, after all the paperwork has been signed and closed, I know that Laurie is still someone we can contact if we have questions or need help. If we ever decide to move, Laurie would be our number one choice for representation again.

We met Dee through our selling agent. During our first meeting we gave her, in retrospect, some pretty vague criteria in what we were looking for in our next house. She took that information and immediately set off trying to find us our perfect home. She would send us new listings that met our criteria and, over a few weeks, helped us identify and limit down what we were looking for in our next house. She was very quick to answer texts, emails, and phone calls. She was always friendly and professional...even when I’d ask the same questions multiple times. After about a month of going to showings she found our house. This house was perfect, just came on the market, and wasn’t going to last long. We were the first people to see it and wanted it so she set into action! She helped us through the offer phase and secured our house within a couple days of it hitting the market. She was with us through the whole closing process expertly navigating the tricky parts. We ran into an issue where the house had a missing document from the previous owners. She worked with the buyers agent to make sure that form was retrieved and processed. She even had a backup plan in case they weren’t able to secure that form so that we could still take ownership of the house and here we are! Overall working with Dee was great and we would not hesitate for a moment if / when we go looking for our next house! Thank you again Dee!

Frank and Theresa worked on the short sale of my townhouse. I had pretty much decided to foreclose on my property but ran into The Helderle Team's information on the internet just by coincidence and sent in an online inquiry. Frank got back with me pretty quickly. At the very first meeting, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. It took a long time from our first meeting to closing but it was mostly due to the bad housing market, especially for a townhouse. There were a few times I was ready to throw in the towel but Frank and Theresa never gave up and I finally closed last Friday! It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. They were also able to negotiate with the mortgage company to pay for overdue HOA fees saving me $1500 at closing! I would recommend the Helderle Team to anybody that is considering a short sale.

After interviewing several realtors, I decided to go with the Helderle Team to sell my house. I was not disappointed. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. They have extensive knowledge in the short sale process and I did not have to worry about contact with my lender. They worked very hard, even when we were having issues with my lender. I am very thankful they stayed with me through the whole process!

I owned a home in St. Louis and moved to Colorado due to job - I needed to sell the home and had to go through a short sale with US Bank. Frank and the team at Helderle were GREAT!!! They walked me through the process and worked with US Bank on my behalf. Having to do this long distance since I live in Colorado or on my own could have been a nightmare - but they did everything for me.<br/><br/>I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Frank Hederle and his team assisted me with with a short sale. Realizing that a short sale of a deeply underwater property was my best bet (despite the credit hit -- which isn't that bad), I researched the process extensively and read that while a decent option for homeowners in my situation, the short-sale process could take an extremely long time and the lender (the Bank) might be difficult to deal with. I decided to turn to some experts - and Frank and his team are definitely experts in this area, as well as others.<br/><br/>The process went much much faster than I expected. Frank and his team were on top of everything from the get-go, and helped direct me through the process and even worked with the Bank (as my agents), to push them to complete the sale in a timely fashion. <br/><br/>Frank put our property on the market and within two weeks had two offers - amazingly quick, IMO.<br/><br/>Then, he and his team worked with their escrow agents, title agents, the bank, etc. to get the deal closed in a timeframe that was comfortable for me and my family.<br/><br/>I would consider myself a somewhat demanding customer, but Frank and his team were right there with me on everything. There is no way I could have pulled off a shortsale on my own with the speed Frank's team pulled it off. <br/><br/>Although the experience with the Bank wasn't the greatest. My experience with Frank was second to none. I have bought and sold property before and am used to agents being unresponsive (so many are); Frank would always get back to me via e-mail or phone very promptly, which was much appreciated.<br/><br/>Not much more to say - great experience and I highly recommend the Helderle Team at Remax.

The Helderle Team went the extra mile to complete the purchase. Their negotiation skills and process expertise saved the deal. We missed the closing date and the Helderle Team negotiated with the listing agent, owner, and seller's title company to resubmit our offer and obtain a new closing date. All this was accomplished without any additional expense and we didn't lose our earnest money. We are very happy with our home and the Helderle Team.
