Charlene did such an outstanding job helping sell the two homes in a short amount of time. She stayed in constant contact and kept everyone informed on all progress, helped negotiate those sometimes sticky requests that need more finesse than people like me have, and remained very professional & caring. Dee Dee Hill was very knowledgeable about the market. She gave me good advice to make my house very presentable for showing. Dee Dee has great staging ideas. I have a rental property business, but haven't needed a realtor in many years. I'm at the point now I want to sell a few of the properties, and luck had it that I found Charlene. She's been great! She is very responsive, very thorough and covers all the bases.
