Dee Dee Hill was very knowledgeable about the market. She gave me good advice to make my house very presentable for showing. Dee Dee has great staging ideas. After she staged my home I was amazed at how beautiful my house looked. She sold my home in one day as she had predicted with our first conversation. We met Dee through our selling agent. During our first meeting we gave her, in retrospect, some pretty vague criteria in what we were looking for in our next house. She took that information and immediately set off trying to find us our perfect home. She would send us new listings that met our criteria and, over a few weeks, helped us identify and limit down what we were looking for in our next house. She was very quick to answer texts, emails, and phone calls. She was always friendly and professional...even when I’d ask the same questions multiple times. After about a month of going to showings she found our house. This house was perfect, just came on the market, and wasn’t going to last long. We were the first people to see it and wanted it so she set into action! She helped us through the offer phase and secured our house within a couple days of it hitting the market. She was with us through the whole closing process expertly navigating the tricky parts. We ran into an issue where the house had a missing document from the previous owners. She worked with the buyers agent to make sure that form was retrieved and processed. She even had a backup plan in case they weren’t able to secure that form so that we could still take ownership of the house and here we are! Overall working with Dee was great and we would not hesitate for a moment if / when we go looking for our next house! Thank you again Dee!
