I met Tracy at an open house and was immediately impressed by her knowledge of the real estate market in Northern Colorado and her obvious love for her work. We bought our house on Glendevey Ave. In Loveland CO over 20 years ago and Russell was our agent. My husband and I are both retired and my husband has serious memory issues so upon deciding to downsize we checked to see if Russell was still with Remax and he was!!! He remembered us. He is professional and personable. He found us a townhome within our budget and had our first offer accepted. When we sold our other house it was on the market twice and the newest offer was cash and over our original asking price! We couldn't recommend him more highly.
