A lot of people use the phrase 'above and beyond', but Russell truly embodies this sentiment. He was incredibly responsive, speedily addressed every concern and question we had (of which there were hundreds), and as soon as I'd send him a list of homes we wanted to check out he'd have an itinerary of appointment times to go see them within - seriously - hours. Russell is very detail-oriented and knows exactly what he's looking at, especially given his DIY-focused nature and extensive experience doing his own home projects. He helpfully raised valid concerns on each property we visited, careful to point out areas of possible concern but never once pushed his opinion on us - his primary focus was to lay out the facts and then allow us to come to a decision from there. To add to this, if there is EVER a hint of unease about a property, Russell is relentless in his pursuit of getting to the bottom of whatever it is that seems suspicious and bringing it to light. No problem is too small for him to chase down! Not only is Russell an absolutely stellar real estate agent, but he's a blast to be around and we genuinely enjoyed our time with him. We can't stress enough what a stand-up guy he is! Seriously, give him your business. You'll find the right home AND have a heck of a good time during the process.
