Sheri did a real nice job for myself and my husband. We are retired seniors. She helped us sell our home that we had lived in for 47 years and quickly helped us find a perfect, nice final retirement home. The timing with both was perfect. She understood exactly what I wanted, advised me well and was patient as I was looking at properties long distance and needed her eyes and advice as I could not be there in person. The house I purchased has exceeded my expectations and the icing on the cake is that Sheri gave me a gift of a one year home warranty at closing that turned out the be the best gift ever, as the a/c went out about a week before the warranty expired and a new a/c was covered! Needless to say I also renewed the First American home warranty. Sheri will be my choice of realtor forever. I just wish she worked in multiple states!
