There were some uncommon challenges above and beyond just selling a home. I don't think it would have worked out if Sheri wasn't so good at what she does. She helped the renters move out, we gave them 75 days so they would have plenty of time. She even brought them over boxes when they were packing. She really went beyond what most realtors would do in my opinion.

Russell Woodard went so far above and beyond his duties that if I could award him with the Medal of Honor I would. We moved to Florida before listing our house. The house required a lot of work. We had left tons of stuff in our house and yard, our roof had to be replaced, we had to replace several screens, yard work needed to be done, the septic tank had to be pumped and inspected, our house needed to be cleaned, and a myriad of other small things that had to be taken care of. Russell took care of all of that. He got rid of three chicken coops, furniture, and waist high weeds for us. He cleaned the house. He found someone to replace our roof. He coordinated the pumping and inspection of our septic tank. He took care of the screens. On top of all that, a few days before we were to close he discovered that our water heater was broken so he found a water heater and arranged to have it replaced.
