WE DECIDED TO ENGAGE ERICK BECAUSE E WAS LIVING IN THE AREA AND WAS FAMILIAR WITH THE WONDERFUL EXPEERRIENCE TO LIVE IN A STABLE COMMUNITY NEAR GREAT SHOPPING AND ALL THE BENEFITS OF BEI ACCESSABLE TO THE VARIOUS BEACHES AT AND NEAR SARASOTA. WE OOWNED OUR CONDO FOR W20 YEARS AND SPENT EVERY WINTER ENJOING ITSS AMENITIES AND EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS. WE ARE IN OUR EIGHTIES AND MAINTAING TWO HOMES WAS BECOMING DIFFICULT. ERICK LED US STEP BY STEP IN FINDING THE CORRECT BUYERR AND WALKED US THROUGH THE MYRAID OF PAPER WORK AS WELL ARANG FOR US TO CLOSE ON THE HOUSE FROM NEW YORK.
