We knew that we were in good hands with Carey from the start. My husband and I were not exactly setting out to buy our first home at an ideal time- the market has never been so crazy! It was easy to get discouraged at times, but Carey worked around the clock to find a variety of different homes that checked all our boxes, and she stayed up late to put in offers in a timely manner. She also has a "person" for anything that you could need before, during, or after buying a home. We rested easy every night knowing Midge would do her best to sell our property. We expected to be on the market for a month or two. I have a lot of experience working with real estate agents. I love working with Dennis & Terri Kostaska for several reasons, I can not say enough of good thing about them; *They are very knowledge about real estate and always available to answer all my questions. If I had questions in regards to something else, not related to real state ( like mortgage , inspections etc ) they were always willing to try to assist me if possible. *They care about their customers !! I moved from other state to FL, so shopping for a new home was not easy for me, but Terri and Dennis made sure I looked around until I found the prefect place for me. They also help me to do an amazing negotiation with the seller. * I was not able to be present in FL at closing , so Dennis made a really nice video for me for the final walk through of my new home. *After closing they still checking on me to make sure everything is fine. If you are looking for a real estate agent ,you don't have to look any more ! I'm recommending Dennis and Terri Kotaska to all my friends and family.

I met Larry about 3 years ago when I started looking for a second home even though I wasn't quite ready to purchase. Larry still took the time to show me properties yet did was patient until I was ready to purchase. Larry kept in touch with market and property updates until I was ready this year. I am out of state and Larry did a lot of virtual tours which helped tremendously. He definitely knows the market and works for your best interest. There were some issues that came up which he helped work through to keep the transaction moving ahead. I am not sure the sale would have gone through without Larry's help. Even more importantly, Larry has kept in touch after the sale and continues to provide excellent customer service. If I could give Larry 10 stars I would. He provided tremendous customer service throughout the entire process.
