Once we decided to make an offer on the property, Lisa immediately went to work on our behalf to submit the offer paperwork. My husband and I chose to work with Caroline because my cousin and his wife bought their condo from the Tritschler team. I emailed the Tritschler Remax team and Caroline got back to me right away. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. Caroline has incredible negotiating skills, she negotiated a price that was a lot less than asking price and I was thankful on many occasions that she was my on my side as our realtor. Home buying can be daunting but her follow up skills were fantastic, she returned my emails, texts and phone calls very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable on everything Sarasota. She was very professional in handling difficult situations and made them look simple. Caroline was helpful and gave me great tips during this entire process. Even after the closing she still has been wonderful in assisting me, she has gone above and beyond for us. Caroline is 5 stars all the way! I would highly recommend her!
