We had the privilege of selecting Rhonda Heth to sell our home. We had interviewed several agents and she was by far the best. Previously, we have sold four homes. None of those agents came close to matching Rhonda's dedication, creativity, flexibility, communication, professionalism, or market knowledge. She went above and beyond and did whatever was necessary to get our home sold. The things Rhonda did before we even put our house on the market, is what ensured a quick sale. She is honest during her walk through and evaluation of your home. She provides a stager, to ensure your home presents in a way most appealing to potential buyers. She has an appraiser come before the buyers appraiser, to educate us on what might need to be done. She has professional pictures taken of the property to post. She can recommend service people to help you accomplish any task you might need to complete. We placed our home on the market at the end of March 2020. We had three potential buyers walk through our home and two of them wanted to purchase our home. Our house was sold in three day. Even though we were in lockdown due the the Coronavirus, Rhonda ensured that everything still went smoothly. I am a person that usually needs to be in control and worries about everything. This was not the case with Rhonda. I did not need to call her, because she always kept us updated and informed. Our daughter's were graduating high school and we were moving out of state. Due to Rhonda's dedication, we were able to focus on that. I even teased her once and asked her if she had any other clients? I asked that, because she was always available and we were in constant contact. She laughed and said that is the way she wants us to feel, like we are the only ones. She did have a lot of clients she was helping, but we always felt we were the only ones. Her love of her profession and helping families reach their goals, is why we highly recommended her as your realtor.

Initially Rick was very friendly. We got in touch about one property that ended up being rented, so he let me know that he had another home coming up. He told me he would give me a heads up when he listed it. About a week passed and he ended up listing it without giving me a heads up (not a big deal on its own). I tried to text and call to set up a showing because I was excited about the property but he ignored me. I thought maybe something was going on with the phone, so I decided to reach out via Zillow. He promptly replied via email (presumably not knowing it was me?) and told me to give him a call. I did so, left a voicemail, and never heard back. I texted him just to check in and see if he decided I wouldn't be a good fit for the property (which wouldn't be that big of a deal, I could take it if that was the case), but he never got back to me. I was nothing but friendly and respectful during our interactions, so I'm not sure what happened, but it was incredibly unprofessional of Rick to completely ghost a prospective renter without warning or apparent cause. I would strongly recommend not putting your trust in Rick to stay in touch and follow through.
