Charles stayed on top of the sale of the property. It was December and sales were down in my town. Only a couple of homes had sold in the subdivision. Charles worked to get me showings. 3 in 3 months as I recall. (It was slow). The third showing got us a contract and a closing. It was a blessing. Charles got the job done in difficult times.
