Chrissy is OUTSTANDING!! My husband and I moved to CO from out of state and knew very little about the area. Chrissy was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. She understood we were purchasing our family’s home, not just a house. She walked us through the process well, worked with us being out of state at times, and always had the answers. Michael Arruabarrena helped me buy my home AND sell my home. In 2005 Michael was the seller's agent, yet I enjoyed working with him, and we became friends. We stayed in contact for 17 years. Family changes resulted in relocation to another state, so I needed to sell my home, and of course I contacted Michael. Michael handled everything. Four years ago we moved to Colorado and contacted Rose to help us purchase a home. My wife arrived 3 months before I did and Rose was so patient showing her house after house. We had totally different ideas and styles and I thought we would never find a house that fit all of our needs. Rose was amazing! She was patient, professional and spent 4 months showing us houses before we agreed and made a purchase. She never once lost her faith that she would find us the home we were looking for. The house was perfect! Four years later, we decided to move out of state and reached out to Rose to sell the house she worked so hard to find for us. She was efficient, knowledgeable and explained exactly what we needed to do to increase our sale value and market the house. Once again, her amazing knowledge paid off. In just over a month, we were able to list the house and close on it. Rose even knew a cleaning lady to help with the after move out clean. Michael Arruabarrena has been our family's real estate agent for well over 20 years and our family has bought and sold a good number of houses and condos during those years. He knows the real estate market inside and out, even as it changes due to macroeconomic influences. He sold four of our condos in June when the market was still hot and got us much more than we had hoped for. Even though mortgage rates are climbing ever higher and the market is cooling off, Michael still managed to recently sell two more of our condos at good prices for our family. He is always very professional and knows the best contractors to contact (and the ones to avoid!!!) when repairs are required. Michael became a dear friend of my mom's, and over the last year or so has become a good friend of mine, as well. If there's an award for the Real Estate Agent of the Year, I'm nominating Michael.
