I can't imagine trying to sell our house without Todd. He listened to our ideas and helped us understand the process from how to price the home through how to handle the sale. He never pressured us in to anything we didn't want to do, and stood by to reassure us even when we were waiting for the right buyer to show up. I highly recommend using Todd Holmes to help sell your house. Todd is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He made it clear from the beginning that we were on a team together to sell our house quickly and for the best money possible. He made concrete suggestions for improvements in the house but was realistic about what was critical for the sale of the house. Todd communicated very clearly and in a timely manner and was always available when we needed him.
