Todd came recommended from a friend and we were so glad that he was our realtor. We were first time home buyers and had never been through any of the process before and needed guidance. Todd was patient throughout the entire homebuying adventure. He gave us sound advice, helped us through pitfalls, traveled all over the greater Denver and Fort Collins areas, and even recommended a great financing company to us. He worked constantly to find homes for us to consider and even helped us get a deposit back when one of the contracts fell through even though it was no fault of his own. In the end, we were successful in finding a wonderful home in Loveland. Anyone who uses Todd for a realtor will be glad they did.

What a CRAZY market to be a buyer or seller in. Fortunately for me I had a home to sell the first part of 2021. I haven't sold a home in 20+ years, so needed to find a realtor I could trust to lead me through the process. I did all the due diligence - interviewing realtors, etc. Then I remembered Todd from my daughters club volleyball days, years ago. Plenty of long match days chatting with he and his wife. I recall thinking at that time that if I ever had to sell my house I should contact Todd. Because he was so NORMAL. Not pushy, not "salesy" just good people. I ended up going with Todd and I'm glad I did. I wasn't sure how much I would have to fix up the house or exactly what to do to prepare for sale. Todd knew exactly what was important, not important, etc. We had a whirlwind weekend of showings & lots of offers. He organized all of it for me, always responsive & we had a very uneventful contract & closing. Yay! Thanks Todd!

My husband and I live out of state. Todd helped us find a home in the Denver metro area by working with our daughter and her husband. He was an amazing communicator, keeping us all in the loop and keeping us all grounded during the very stressful process of buying in the current market. He never stressed out, just kept telling us all that something would come on the market that would work out. Eric was incredibly helpful when my fiance and I were searching for our first home. We toured homes for about 2 weeks before getting our first offer accepted. He was knowledgeable about the process and approached homes in a rational and benevolent manner. He connected us with other professionals in the area that were reliable when we needed a little more information (ie. sewer scape, plumbing). Eric was great to work with! He was always super knowledgeable about all the properties we saw and got us in to see every house we were interested in during this crazy time. I texted him at all hours requesting properties and Eric made it happen. I always hear how many offers people make to get a house, but with Eric’s experience and knowledge we got the exact house we wanted after only 2-3 weeks of looking.
