Mr Frieson on day one was clear on the comps in the area and understood my situation. He didn't make any promises about the bottom line. Excellent communication and response to all of my questions. He made me feel like I was his only client and explained everything to my satisfaction. He got my property sold in less than a month. Though I didn't get the price that I wanted, I achieved my goal and after dealing with another agent for the previous 7 months. Realized that all agents are not created equal. Mr Frieson was head and shoulders above the previous agent. I would not hesitate to give him my business again or recommend him to my friends or family. He's one of the best!

I had the pleasure of working with Ressie on 2 tough to sell properties. In each instance she met the challenge head on with professionalism, tact and perseverance. Rob has years of experience; he helped me sell my condo on the Hill 25 years ago.
