Mr Frieson on day one was clear on the comps in the area and understood my situation. He didn't make any promises about the bottom line. Excellent communication and response to all of my questions. He made me feel like I was his only client and explained everything to my satisfaction. He got my property sold in less than a month. Though I didn't get the price that I wanted, I achieved my goal and after dealing with another agent for the previous 7 months. Realized that all agents are not created equal. Mr Frieson was head and shoulders above the previous agent. I would not hesitate to give him my business again or recommend him to my friends or family. He's one of the best!

This is long overdue. This is the 2nd opportunity I had to work with Nancy. 16 years ago she was my agent when I bought my place and recently she was our agent when we sold it. It was a pleasure working with her again. Her professionalism is unmatched. My wife and I relocated overseas but our house wasn't ready in time for us to sell it before we left. Nancy took care of everything. She was there to ensure the contractor finish his work. She was there when they came to install the new carpets. She got the place ready and put it on the market. Besides a couple of hiccups with the HOA, she worked thru their issues and sold our place. I highly recommend Nancy.

Very smoothly he handled everything, from advice about little repairs, to dealing with questions from potential buyers and the settlement process. I highly recommend him! James was referred to me by a mutual friend. Initially, my house was listed with a local realtor twice. Unfortunately, after (2) unsuccessful attempts to sell my house, my property remained unsold. After canceling my contract with the previous agent, I was introduced to James through a mutual friend. We signed a contract with him and within days he had a buyer who made an offer at the price the property was listed at!! James was patient, courteous and very reassuring.
