She is truly the most exceptional real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Prior to working with her, my house was on the market for 9 months without an offer, under another agent. When Heidi took over, she gave me very specific advice on how to stage my home for showings. We accepted an offer in less than 30 days after it was put on the market, with her as the listing agent. She also assisted me in finding my new home. Our journey to purchase our new home was a very difficult one due to several unforeseen circumstances, and we very much appreciated Amani's long hours, constant accessibility, patience, advice, and creativity. She not only got our crazy deal done, but she saved us thousands of dollars as we negotiated the deal, never going for the easy way out! We'll never use another Realtor again (and this our 6th home purchase, so I have a lot to compare her to)!

If you’re buying a house in the Tampa area, Khang is your guy - he did an AMAZING job! I’m a first time homebuyer and wasn’t completely sure about the process or how everything worked.
