I am so grateful for Claudia. I’m not from California and the real estate market out here is COMPLETELY different from the Midwest! But Claudia is very knowledgeable about the current market and answered all of my questions along the way. She was great about explaining in great detail all of the paper work we had to sign and the process of buying a home. I also love that she was always so accessible during our home search. I could text or call about anything and she always thoroughly answered my questions, day or night. She was never pushy about houses we weren’t sure about. She knew what our family needed and I felt that she always put our best interests first. We looked at so many homes and gave up many weekends before we finally found our house, and Claudia was so patient with us! And when we finally found our dream house, she knew exactly how to write our offer and we got it! But she made sure we were protected and didn’t go above our means! And then she even paid to have our house professionally deep cleaned and had our windows cleaned before we moved in! We would definitely recommend her

Claudia is an amazing agent. She responds promptly, provides needed info, updates asap, and she is very skillful and knowledgeable. Her handling of the pricing and sale of our property were done in the most processional and timely manner imaginable. She not only readily guided decisions for upgrades, but also found and managed all the personnel needed to get us on the market as soon as possible. She scheduled and managed our open houses promptly and skillfully. Since I am out of state, this was of utmost importance to me and to the successful closing of our sale. She worked with the Title people to be sure all deadline were met. She was the seller's agent when we bought this property, and we were impressed both then and now. We, too, sold for more than the listing price. I cannot say enough about the efficiency and professionalism of our agent, Claudia. She know the area and the product!

Ed was an amazing realtor and resource throughout our first home purchase. He came recommended by our mortgage lender, Debi Zentner; this also helped to streamline the offer acceptance and loan approval process. Ed responded within hours of my initial inquiry, met with us a few days later at our home to go over what we were looking for as well as our budget. He had excellent knowledge of the Livermore area. Within 1 week of starting our search, we had an offer accepted on our home, and we were able to close in 21 days. Ed continues to help us with roofing bids, resources for home upgrades and repairs. This is the second time I was represented by Claudia as my agent. The first time I was selling my house in 2018 and this time Alex and I bought our first home together. I have worked with her on different kind of circumstances and both times she was very honest and respectful of the situations I was in. She is very knowledgeable, hard worker and above all honest. Buying in 2021 it was not easy, she was there every step of the way and she helped us get the perfect home for our blended family. My mother had such a great experience with Marisa that she was recommended to me when I began my house search. I wish I could give six stars.
