Working with Shu was a pleasure, she was very responsive and was informative about the complete process. She also was present during the Open House and provided very great details of information to potential buyer. Even when the house was sold, she kept in touch during the complete process of closing and even after the close she made sure we were able to move out and have no issues in finding any help. overall great experience.

Patricia is like magic! I've worked with her 3 times and each time the results have surpassed the best outcome that I had even imagined. But it's not magic--she knows her stuff inside and out. Patricia deeply understands the market, how to get the best possible price for your property, and the intricate legalities of buying and selling property, in a way that other agents just do not. She has a vision for your property and how to market it that is unique from others, and she will make it happen. As soon as you meet her you will see that she is full of energy and enthusiasm. She responds to you promptly, foresees and manages every detail from the start to finish of the process. Handyman work, staging, marketing--she has great advice. Working with Patricia has gotten me into a really great place and into a house that we just love. She also works with properties in remote areas that others won't have the knowledge to market effectively.

I cannot believe that i cracked my first offer. It was right on spot because i had the great agent with me, which is Marisa. She has worked almost 24 x 7 when required and was available all the time for even any silly questions i had. She is dedicated towards goal for her customers to achieve their home ownership. Definitely recommending.
