Claudia's experience and expertise really paid off for us. Life circumstances did not permit us to sell at a more advantageous time. Claudia's guidance allowed us to get an above asking offer at a time when houses were selling below asking. Her attentiveness to detail (everything from staging, marketing and periodically checking in with us) left us very happy partnering with her. She also negotiated a 59 day rent back so we could stay at home until our new home was ready for us to move in. This saved us thousands in rents, an additional move and the experience of having to move an additional time.

By far Claudia is the most thoughtful, caring, honest, trustworthy, down-to-earth earth, and experienced agent we've had the fortune to work with. She guided us EVERY step of the way and provide facts and trends for us to make the most appropriate decisions for our purchasing situation. Claudia has effective, timely, and thorough communications that anybody would need while going through the sales transaction and stress, and even post move transition. I think the longest time she took to responded back to our text was like half hour! Claudia took care of us and treated us like family, thus protected us as her clients from any risk that may potentially become issues. We absolutely love and are impressed with Claudia!
