Sherry is the best agent I’ve encountered. She labored with us for over a year to find the perfect home, was incredibly professional, maintained our best interest and was a joy to work with. More than all that was how kind she was to our kiddos. Having a 6 and 3 year old makes it hard to always remember/be able to look at every detail closely. Last year my sister and I were tasked with the monumental task of selling our family home after our mother passed away. The house had been in the family for 70 years, and for all the love it received, it had not been updated in decades and needed some attention. I cannot imagine having a more attentive, thorough, and thoughtful agent. We felt so comfortable putting our trust in Dorothy. Because we were trying to clean out and sell the house while living hours away, she helped us through all of the processes with great transparency, honesty, and warmth. She was there to oversee everything in person because we could not. It was not an easy task because there were many improvements to make. Our initial instinct was to sell completely “as is”. She helped us walk the fine line of fixing it up enough to make it marketable while not incurring expenses from which we would not see a financial return. She got the house in great shape, guided us through pricing, and helped us find buyers that we knew would be a good fit. She always was sensitive of the fact that this house had great sentimental value for us, which we really appreciated. She had so many personal touches in the house throughout the market phase that really helped in the sale. I cannot recommend Dorothy enough. We found Brad through a referral from a friend. Brad suggested that we look at many houses to get a feel of what we like. For each house we visited, it was clear that Brad had read the home inspection reports and could tell us the pros and cons of each home and why it may or may not be suitable given our situation (i.e. with kids, level of maintenance, ease of access). In our home purchase, Brad demonstrated his experience. The home was uniquely situated on a hillside and at the time of our visit, the homeowner did not have any inspection reports available. He helped us secure all of the different types of inspections that we will need. Brad is nothing if not prepared and thorough and this came through in the purchase process, in terms of contracting, working diligently with the sellers' agent and guiding us through the process. Although we did not know much about the process, Brad explained the sequence of events and what will happen at each step in the process. He was always available and happy to assist with our questions no matter how trivial. If you are starting your home buying process and you're looking for a professional, experienced, and diligent agent to help you, we would strongly recommend Brad.

I used Dorothy to help me sell a rental house I own. I live out of town and Dorothy came highly recommended from a friend. I am so glad that I got in touch with her. I could not have sold this house without her. The house was a fixer upper and had many issues. Dorothy was able to find multiple buyers and negotiate a very reasonable price that I was very pleased with, especially considering the maintenance issues. She also saw to it that everything when smoothly. On many occasions I would respond to an email from her at 10:30 at night and amazingly she would respond right away.
