Sherry is the best agent I’ve encountered. She labored with us for over a year to find the perfect home, was incredibly professional, maintained our best interest and was a joy to work with. More than all that was how kind she was to our kiddos. Having a 6 and 3 year old makes it hard to always remember/be able to look at every detail closely. Sherry was kind enough to entertain, laugh with, and talk to our kids and make them feel like they were part of the process and just as important. Customer service was obviously impeccable, but in a world of over-processed, over digitized experiences, Sherry is absolutely perfect balance of leveraging technology to make the process easier while keeping the personal touch and human interaction alive and well.

Last year my sister and I were tasked with the monumental task of selling our family home after our mother passed away. The house had been in the family for 70 years, and for all the love it received, it had not been updated in decades and needed some attention. I cannot imagine having a more attentive, thorough, and thoughtful agent. We felt so comfortable putting our trust in Dorothy. Because we were trying to clean out and sell the house while living hours away, she helped us through all of the processes with great transparency, honesty, and warmth. She was there to oversee everything in person because we could not. It was not an easy task because there were many improvements to make. Our initial instinct was to sell completely “as is”. She helped us walk the fine line of fixing it up enough to make it marketable while not incurring expenses from which we would not see a financial return. She got the house in great shape, guided us through pricing, and helped us find buyers that we knew would be a good fit. She always was sensitive of the fact that this house had great sentimental value for us, which we really appreciated. She had so many personal touches in the house throughout the market phase that really helped in the sale. I cannot recommend Dorothy enough. She went above and beyond to make this sale and for this we are so grateful.

Her kind and understanding demeanour made us feel so comfortable with all the difficult decisions we had to make. Sherry was with us every step of the way, without any pressure or rush. She was so quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails. She helped us realise that staging, preforming all inspections, and updating our home would get us the best price.
